                Q: When do you start taking reservations for the season?
                A: We begin taking phone call reservations at (518) 966-5745 in mid-January each year.  Or, you may send your reservation request by mail in December.


                Q: How much of a deposit do we need to send ahead of time?
                A: We require a $50.00 per person deposit to hold your reservation.  Four weeks notice of cancellation required for refund of deposit.

                Q: When is Pine Lake Manor open for guests?
                A: Pine Lake Manor opens on Memorial Day Weekend and closes at the end of Columbus Day Weekend each year.

                Q: What is the typical schedule for a vacation at Pine Lake Manor?
                A: Summer vacationers book on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday).  During the Spring and Fall, guests usually come to Pine Lake Manor for a weekend (Friday dinner to Sunday breakfast) or mid-week (Monday lunch to Friday breakfast) visit.

                Q: My family is coming for a week in the summer.  What is the arrival time on Saturday?
                A: For weekly vacations, guests should plan to arrive in time for 12:30pm lunch on Saturday.


                Q: Will we need any money while on vacation at Pine Lake Manor?
                A: While all meals and activities are included in the price of your vacation, you may want to bring some extra cash for the following: Food or drinks at the snack bar, video games/pool table, tips for your waitresses and maid.

                Q: When do we pay for our vacation and what forms of payment do you accept?
                A: You may come to the main office between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm any day during your stay to pay.  We accept cash, checks or traveler's checks.  We do not accept credit cards.


                Q: Is there an ATM machine nearby?
                A: We have an ATM machine available on the premises for your convenience.

                Q: Is Wi-Fi available?
                A: Yes, there is free Wi-Fi available in all rooms and throughout the entire property.


                Q: Are pets allowed at Pine Lake Manor?
                A: Sorry, no pets are allowed, but local kennel information is available upon request.
